UK Shipping
Standard delivery to the UK costs:
Orders of single set of mini playPROMPTs postage costs £1.15
Orders up to £30 postage costs £2.50
Orders over £30 postage costs £3.50
Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your order. Orders are predominantly dispatched on Wednesdays and Sundays with some exceptions - you will receive a shipping notification email when your order has been dispatched.
All orders are sent 2nd class with Royal Mail; expect 3-5 working days from the day you receive your dispatch email.
Sadly as a one woman led business I am unable to offer next day delivery but please do contact me if you require your order sooner and I will do my very best.
International Shipping
We are currently unable to ship outside of the UK.
Remember we have printable playPROMPTS which you can download and use at home!
Returns
In the unlikely event that you want to return your purchase, we offer a 30 day return policy on physical goods. Please email us on hello@playhooray.co.uk to initiate your return.
