What am I buying?
When purchasing a printable playPROMPTS product, you're purchasing access to a digital file, not a physical playPROMPTS pack.
Nothing will be sent to you in the post.
Physical pack features - including our metal ring, yellow elastic bookmark, silicone loop keyring, metal clip and QR access to exclusive physical-pack online content - aren't included with printable products unless specifically stated otherwise.
Instant access and your right to cancel
Digital downloads have different cancellation rules from physical products.
Where we provide access to your digital playPROMPTS immediately, we'll ask you before the download begins to:
expressly agree that we can supply your digital content immediately; and
acknowledge that once supply/download begins, you will lose your 14-day right to cancel.
This information should also be confirmed as part of your order confirmation.
If these requirements haven't been met, your statutory rights may be different.
Problems with your download
If there's a technical problem with your file, you receive the wrong file or the digital content is faulty, please contact us.
We'll do our best to get you playing as quickly as possible and this policy doesn't affect your statutory rights relating to faulty digital content.

Your printable playPROMPTS purchase is for personal, non-commercial household use only, unless you've purchased a separate licence that expressly allows another use.
Please don't:
share or forward the digital file to other people;
upload it to social media groups, websites, file-sharing services or shared drives;
make copies for other families;
sell or redistribute the original or modified file;
reproduce playPROMPTS activities or materials for commercial resale; or
remove our branding and present the content as your own.
Your purchase gives you permission to use the content — it doesn't transfer ownership of playPROMPTS intellectual property to you.
