Hello and welcome to playPROMPTS!
These Terms & Conditions explain the important stuff about using our website and purchasing from us. We've tried to keep them as clear and human as possible, while still covering the things we both need to know.

Throughout these terms, “playPROMPTS”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PLAYHOORAY! LIMITED.
2. Our products
We sell physical playPROMPTS packs and selected printable digital playPROMPTS, all created to make adding more play to family life that little bit easier.
We do our best to make sure photographs, descriptions, prices and other product information on our website are accurate.
Colours, finishes and appearance may vary slightly from photographs due to manufacturing, printing and different screen displays.
The age ranges shown on playPROMPTS are rough guides. Children develop differently, so parents and carers should decide whether an activity and the resources involved are suitable for their individual child.

3. Placing an order
When you place an order through our website, you're offering to purchase the products in your basket.
Please check your order, delivery address and contact details carefully before completing checkout.
We'll send you an electronic confirmation of your order.
Occasionally we may need to decline or cancel an order — for example, if something has unexpectedly sold out, we've made an obvious pricing or description error, or we're unable to fulfil it.
If we've already taken payment for something we're unable to supply, we'll refund the appropriate amount.
4. Prices & payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless stated otherwise.
Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete checkout.
Depending on the options available at checkout, payments may be processed through services including Shopify Payments, PayPal and Klarna.
Where you choose a third-party payment provider, its own terms and privacy practices may also apply.
5. Delivery
Physical playPROMPTS orders are currently dispatched using Royal Mail or Evri.
We're a small independent business rather than Amazon HQ, so please allow up to one week for delivery, unless a different timeframe is displayed when ordering.

6. Changing your mind, cancellations & returns
If you're purchasing from us as a consumer, you may have statutory rights to cancel an online purchase.
Our Delivery & Returns Policy explains the applicable cancellation periods, how to tell us you wish to cancel, how to return an item and how refunds are handled.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
7. Printable playPROMPTS
Some playPROMPTS products are available as digital downloads.
Purchasing a printable playPROMPTS gives you a licence to use that product for personal, non-commercial household use, unless we've expressly agreed otherwise.
Please don't share, forward, upload, redistribute, resell or commercially reproduce our printable products.
Buying a digital product doesn't transfer ownership of the playPROMPTS content or intellectual property to you.
Different cancellation rules may apply where you ask us to provide digital content immediately. Please see the Digital Downloads section of our Delivery & Returns Policy.
8. Intellectual property
We put an enormous amount of time, experience, creativity and love into playPROMPTS.
The playPROMPTS name and branding, written activities, product designs, illustrations, photography, downloads, website content and other original materials are owned by or licensed to PLAYHOORAY! LIMITED and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Our content must not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, commercially exploited or presented as somebody else's work without permission, except where the law permits otherwise.
You're absolutely welcome to photograph your own playPROMPTS in use and share your play with us on social media — we LOVE seeing it!
9. No Play, No Pay 💛
Qualifying physical playPROMPTS packs come with our 100-Day No Play, No Pay Guarantee.
If your qualifying playPROMPTS don't get your kids playing within the guarantee period, you may claim under the terms of that guarantee.
Our guarantee is an additional voluntary promise from playPROMPTS. It doesn't replace, restrict or reduce your statutory consumer rights.

10. Play & safety
playPROMPTS provide play ideas and inspiration for parents and carers.
Activities should be carried out with appropriate adult supervision. Adults are responsible for deciding whether an activity, resource or material is appropriate for their child's age, abilities and developmental stage.
Please follow any specific safety information included with an activity and read our Play & Safety page.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so.
11. Faulty products
Products you purchase from us must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law.
If something you've bought is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise doesn't meet your legal rights, please contact us at playprompts.team@gmail.com.
Our own guarantees and returns policies are in addition to your statutory rights.
12. Our website
We work hard to keep our website accurate, safe and available, but occasionally we may need to change, update or temporarily suspend part of it.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Where relevant, the terms applying to an order will be those applicable when the contract was made.
13. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously.

14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply to you.
