Every playPROMPTS order is carefully prepared and packed by our small independent business, so thank you for choosing to shop small and for being patient while we get your playPROMPTS on their way to you.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow up to one week for your order to arrive unless a different estimated delivery time is shown on the product page or at checkout.

We're not Amazon (there's no enormous warehouse full of robots here!), so while we'll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible, we can't promise next-day delivery.

You'll receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

How will my order be sent?

Orders are currently sent using Royal Mail or Evri, depending on the size and contents of your order and the delivery service selected.

Available delivery options and charges will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.

If you notice a mistake, contact us as quickly as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched, we'll do our best to change it.

Unfortunately, once a parcel has been dispatched we may not be able to redirect it.

My parcel hasn't arrived

Occasionally parcels take a little longer than expected.

If your estimated delivery window has passed and your playPROMPTS still haven't appeared, please contact us with your name and order number so we can look into it.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Oops! If we've made a mistake with your order, or your product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where appropriate.

We'll work with you to put things right.

Digital playPROMPTS

Printable playPROMPTS are digital products and therefore aren't posted to you.
