Encouraging Independent Play

Similarly to concentration, another question that I get asked a lot is ‘how can I encourage my child to play independently’. It isn’t realistic to sit down with our children and play for 12 hours a day, we do have other things we need to get on with. Children's Mental Health

For the most part, our kids are resilient little souls but just like us they have good and bad days just like us, they worry and just like us, they may need a little boost sometimes!
